I am looking for opportunities that allow me to leverage data analytics to drive business growth and improve operational efficiencies in a collaborative environment.

I am a seasoned data and business intelligence professional with extensive experience in analytics and digital transformation. I recently concluded a five-year tenure as Data Analytics Manager at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF), where I led the development and implementation of a central data repository consolidating healthcare data from over 700 hospitals and clinics in Malawi. Currently, I serve as a Business Intelligence Manager on a consultancy basis, leveraging my expertise in data-driven strategies to optimize decision-making and enhance operational efficiencies.

Throughout my career, I have overseen strategic implementations and management of electronic health data, ensuring that information systems improve the quality of care and health in Malawi. My experience includes providing end-to-end support for descriptive and predictive data analytics, developing analytical models, and interpreting findings to support decision-making and strategic planning. I am passionate about using data to drive insights and foster growth in organizations.
