At Tripod Foundation, I trained and supported staff using SIMS for attendance, assessment, and reporting, and resolved day-to-day workflow issues. I also supported school operations and parent communication as attendance rose from 56% to 91.6%.

As a Coach at Teach For Nigeria, I coached 23 Fellows through observation, feedback, and reflective conversations. I used learner data and classroom observations to identify support needs and agree on next steps.

With Learn and Grow Initiative (Carrington Youth Fellowship), I coordinated families, schools, and community stakeholders to enrol 25 out-of-school children. At Train To Teach, I coordinated teacher-development delivery for 65 teachers across five schools, providing practical guidance and follow-up for school stakeholders.

As a Classroom Teacher / Fellow at Teach For Nigeria, I used learner assessment data to adapt instruction and communicate progress and support needs. I’m seeking entry-level EdTech customer success, implementation, or user support roles.
