What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in educational teaching and research where I can lead curriculum planning, analyze learning data, and use LMS/edtech to improve student outcomes—while continuing to grow through academic collaboration and publication.

I’m a teacher and education professional with a strong research focus in Educational Planning and Policy and Economics of Education. I’ve built my foundation through B.Ed. (Hons) Educational Management/Social Studies and an M.Ed. in Educational Management, supported by professional qualifications including TRCN registration and AI certification.

In my work, I combine classroom experience with academic responsibility—serving as a Reviewer for International Journal of Educational Leadership and Management (IJELM) and International Journal of Research and Innovation in Social Science (IJRISS). I also volunteer as a Teaching, Research Assistant, and Administrative Assistant within the Department of Educational Management, strengthening how I design learning activities and support research workflows.

I bring practical strengths in Curriculum Development & Educational Planning, Leadership, Team Management & Student Mentorship, and data analysis using SPSS, JASP, Jamovi, Eview, and MS Excel. I’m especially drawn to Learning Management Systems and Educational Technology, and I enjoy public speaking, report writing, and conference presentation—sharing findings and contributing to conversations that improve education quality.
