I’m a school administration professional with a strong passion for community development and youth leadership. With over four years of leadership experience in educational and youth organizations, I’m known for integrity, resilience, and empowering others.

As a School Administrator at Joy Nursery and Primary School, I oversee curriculum delivery and ensure regulatory compliance for over 200 students. I manage performance reviews and professional development for a team of 15+ teachers and staff, and I prepare school communities for regulatory inspections to achieve positive evaluation outcomes.

Earlier, I taught English language and supported learners as a Teacher through NYSC and multiple primary school roles. At Baptist Secondary Grammar School, I delivered engaging instruction that improved exam pass rates by 15%, and I volunteered as a tutor for underperforming students with measurable academic improvement; I also developed and implemented lesson plans to foster a positive learning environment.

I continue strengthening my leadership through “Developing and Supporting Youth Leadership” (Young African Leaders Initiative, YALI, USA, 2025) and “Resilient Leadership” (Harvard Business School Online, 2025).
