I’m an Industrial Engineer focused on shipment tracking, customer communication, SLA follow-up, and dispatch-style coordination. I combine practical logistics, traceability, data verification, and remote operational follow-up to keep delivery work running under tight time windows.

From 2022–2025, I led last-mile, delivery-platform, and field operations—completing 19,000+ package drop-offs and 5,000+ food deliveries while maintaining an average rating above 4.8 stars. I worked daily with GPS/navigation tools, mobile workflows, proof-of-delivery, and incident resolution to ensure service compliance.

Earlier roles strengthened my logistics execution and escalation discipline: coordinated logistics operations, delivery workflows, field-team follow-up, KPI monitoring, and documentation as a Logistics and Operations Lead; and supported procurement/material flows, supplier follow-up, dispatch routines, and operational controls as a Supply Chain Supervisor. I work best with clear written instructions, independent follow-up, structured pressure, and clean records—always verifying requirements, executing the task, documenting results, and escalating early when needed.
