I am a dedicated and compassionate Community Development professional with hands-on experience in project implementation, caregiving, and social support services. My journey in community development has been driven by a passion for social inclusion, empowerment, and building community resilience. I have honed my skills in stakeholder engagement, monitoring and evaluation, and community mobilization through various roles and volunteer experiences.
During my internship at the Nairobi County Council, I supported the registration of women's, youth, and persons with disabilities' groups for economic empowerment. I actively participated in tracking project performance and analyzing both short and long-term goals, ensuring comprehensive project documentation. My volunteer work at Talitha Kum Children’s Home and L’Arche Kenya has further solidified my commitment to caring for vulnerable populations, where I provided essential support and coordinated activities for persons with disabilities.
