At Rosser Education Solutions, I’ve developed more than 50 instructional design engagements across corporate and leadership development, workforce certification, cultural competency, higher education, international development, healthcare, K-12, and edtech.
I created a 10-module empathetic-leadership course for Courageous Leadership Alliance, with facilitator guides, slide sessions, and workbooks for workshops. I also developed HVAC, electrical, and welding certification programs for All Star Training.
For international education projects, I developed two three-credit project-management courses for Starz University in Liberia and the Ministry of Education-endorsed RE-Novate entrepreneurship curriculum for TRIBE. The latter reached more than 50 students across four schools and had a 50 percent internship placement rate.
I design interactive e-learning with Articulate Storyline 360 and iSpring, and build learning experiences using ADDIE and backward design. My work also draws on school and program leadership, including my current role architecting the founding secondary program at Saipan Community School.
