William Mwangi

I’m a detail-oriented Electronics graduate and Electronics / Systems Technician with hands-on experience in technical support, system troubleshooting, and electronics maintenance. I focus on diagnosing issues quickly, resolving hardware and system faults efficiently, and keeping work organized with clear digital updates.

At Bititec Systems (Hybrid / Remote), I install, configure, and maintain electronic and IT systems, and I provide technical updates and reports using digital platforms. I manage tasks independently, meet deadlines, and support ongoing projects with minimal supervision.

Before that, I built practical foundation at Pearltech Technologies as an Intern—helping with electronics system installation, repair, and maintenance. I performed troubleshooting and basic diagnostics while supporting senior technicians and contributing to technical operations and documentation.

With my background from South Eastern Kenya University and my strength in remote work, I’m comfortable working across distributed environments. I’m confident in clear communication, reliable digital workflow habits, and producing accurate technical documentation that teams can act on.
