What I'm looking for

I’m looking for infrastructure roles where I can lead planning, technical assessment, and supervision—from design through construction—partnering with multidisciplinary teams. I bring punctual, organized delivery and a track record of bringing projects on time and within budget.

I’m a Civil Engineer with experience in highway infrastructure planning, design, supervision, and construction, plus project planning of aeronautical infrastructure. I’ve also built hands-on site experience through construction work on oil and gas projects.

At AEROCIVIL, I provided technical and professional engineering support for the design, construction, and traffic engineering of passenger terminals, SEI buildings, landing tracks, and aeronautical platforms. I also performed technical assessment in aeronautical project structuring.

At ANI, I coordinated PPP contracts for major highway projects and supported the Executive Vice-Presidency in the technical follow-up of concession projects. I developed and implemented contract documentation for PPPs, successfully managed a multidisciplinary supervision team, and approved engineering drawings and reports across geometric design, pavement, geotechnical stabilization, structural bridges, and tunnels.

Earlier in my career, I led oil and gas civil works as a Project Manager and supervised pipelines, roads, geotechnical works, and bridge reinforcement. My work across INVIAS and other public and private roles strengthened my budgeting for competitive bidding, auditing and follow-up, and delivery discipline—bringing projects in on time and within budget, even under pressure.
