At INVIAS, I supported technical follow-up during contractual and post-contractual stages, as well as contract liquidation and administrative processes. I also facilitated the use of SECOP II and SICO.
At IDU, I managed processes with public utility companies and followed projects through execution and liquidation. I participated in the delivery and commissioning of the TransMiCable system.
My work has included technical supervision of infrastructure projects, contract management and liquidation, and public-works monitoring. At EMAAF, I supervised hydraulic networks in housing projects and checked work quality, quantities, and regulatory compliance.
