Led review and optimization of the project Quality Assurance Plan to strengthen construction process verification and alignment with updated technical specifications. Directed quality strategy across major construction works, coordinated multidisciplinary teams for contractual/regulatory compliance, and reduced non-conformances through corrective actions and closure of supervision/audit findings.

Led civil field inspections and verification, identifying critical deflections in pipe racks and ensuring quality masters and project dossiers were consolidated. Supervised civil works for restoration of the Old Bogotá Road, managing critical site interventions including drainage systems and flexible pavement rehabilitation. Controlled sampling and testing of soils, concrete, and asphalt mixtures in line with contract specifications to support technical acceptance.

Performed hydraulic modeling and scour analysis for bridges and hydraulic works using HEC-RAS and related tools. Developed unit price analyses (APU), budgets, and technical specifications for water supply and sewerage projects, and produced infrastructure drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D for roadworks and metal structures.
