Credit Analyst turning receivables data into risk and recovery impact.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Credit Analyst focused on assessing risk, monitoring aging receivables, and improving recovery performance in high-volume telecom portfolios. I translate payment and account data into clear reporting and practical risk-mitigation strategies for executive decision-making.
In my current role at Airtel Uganda, I evaluate bad-debt trends to adjust credit risk thresholds and minimize financial leakage. I monitor high-risk postpaid and enterprise accounts, segment delinquent customers by risk level, and coordinate with legal teams and external collections to resolve long-overdue debt.
Before that, I supported back-office and operations work that strengthened my analytical and cross-functional coordination. I handled compliance validation, managed enterprise technical escalations, supported end-to-end customer provisioning, and ensured accurate CRM records—while also coordinating financial settlements between carriers.
Earlier, I led project and internal control systems as a manager, bringing structured planning, budgeting, and training to agricultural and community programs. Across initiatives, I partnered with multiple stakeholders to implement traceability systems, drive certification outcomes, and support livelihood and microfinance efforts—skills I now apply to disciplined, data-driven credit operations.
