I am a Business Data Analyst who extracts and transforms financial data to help banks and credit unions better serve clients and market products. I routinely use Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft SQL Studio to target, clean, transform, and update datasets for business and marketing projects.

I work across systems and networks, coordinating access over VPN, training users on procedures and best practices, and serving as the analyst-group 2FA gatekeeper for secure on-premises access. I build and review marketing automation triggers, perform root-cause data research for relationship managers, and create filters and flags to improve data quality and tracking.

My background in cloud and operations includes administering large server fleets, deploying releases and database refreshes with SaltStack, and managing Atlassian, Active Directory, Office 365, and Cisco Meraki environments. I have led migrations, supported SOC II/SSAE compliance efforts, oversaw office security and telephony systems, and documented automation in GitLab.

I bring hands-on scripting and systems skills (Bash/Zsh, Python, PowerShell), MDM and iOS device management, and extensive experience across Windows, macOS, and Linux. I enjoy mentoring colleagues, solving complex operational and data issues, and implementing practical solutions that reduce risk and improve workflows.
