What I'm looking for

I'm targeting senior operations leadership roles where I can lead high-volume supply chain, logistics, distribution, plant, or fleet operations; scale networks; improve cost and service performance; and build strong teams.

I've led high-volume supply chain, logistics, and distribution operations for FedEx, Amazon, and my own transportation business. At Gaines Logistics, I held full P&L, hiring, and operational ownership for 150 logistics employees supporting 50,000–100,000 daily package deliveries.

At Amazon, I directed continuous-improvement and change-management programs across 580+ delivery stations and contributed to launching 360 delivery and fulfillment sites. I partnered with operations, engineering, and site leaders to turn process design into scalable station-level execution while tracking KPIs for reliability and cost performance.

My FedEx experience spans hub and package-distribution operations in high-volume, time-critical environments. I bring hands-on leadership in DOT and OSHA compliance, labor planning, safety, throughput, cost control, vendor and carrier contracts, and operational turnarounds.
