At Value Gates, I resolved about 40 customer tickets a month through HubSpot, WhatsApp, and email, with an average first reply in two hours. I also logged recurring problems and kept teammates updated on open tickets and project progress.
I hosted client sessions and webinars to walk people through Excel trackers and reports. For one client, I built a custom sales tracker; I also analyzed a client's competitor comments to show where the competitor was weakest.
In my independent AT&T Voice of Customer Intelligence project, I analyzed 4,740 customer reviews with Python and VADER sentiment analysis against a 12-theme issue list. My Aspen Dental Clinic Analytics project covered 1,334 patient reviews across 30 clinics and found billing complaints at 83% of clinics.
As an independent consultant, I deliver client projects involving document preparation, data organization, and sentiment analysis. Earlier, at Salvation Ministries, I recruited and onboarded team members, ran live programs, tracked a unit budget, and built a 40-member WhatsApp community.
