What I'm looking for

I seek backend or technical leadership roles at growth-oriented teams where I can design scalable systems, mentor engineers, and influence product architecture while working with modern cloud-native stacks.

I am an open-minded software engineer with five years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology. I focus on designing and delivering highly scalable backend applications, driving architectural decisions, and impacting business outcomes.

Throughout my career I built and maintained high-performance microservices using TypeScript, Node.js and NestJS, deployed on Kubernetes and Docker, and integrated systems across PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ScyllaDB and Redis. I led a team delivering personalization and recommendation systems serving hundreds of thousands to millions of users and ensured observability and reliability with Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Elasticsearch and Kibana.

I contribute to end-to-end solutions—designing infrastructure, implementing robust APIs (REST/GraphQL/gRPC), automating CI/CD, and mentoring teams. I embrace pragmatic tooling (AWS/Azure, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions) and leverage AI tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and solve complex problems.
