What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead distributed teams delivering reliable web and mobile products, combining roadmap discipline, AI-augmented delivery, technical architecture, and cross-functional execution.

I've led cross-border web and mobile software delivery for Logie, Mabaat, and Grannfordon, coordinating distributed engineering teams across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Indonesia.

At Logie, I managed 11 engineers across three time zones, supported Amazon marketplace integrations and an influencer marketing platform, and used AI-assisted milestone planning and ticket templates to increase sprint velocity by more than 125%.

At Mabaat, I managed 16 engineers delivering an OTA platform with multilingual and RTL support, Hostaway, Stripe, and Apple Pay integrations, while maintaining a 99.9% uptime SLA across web, mobile, and kiosk environments.

Earlier, I delivered enterprise, fintech, banking, and public-sector platforms for clients including Bank Indonesia, Bank Sinarmas, Bank Negara Indonesia, and PLN/ListrikON.
