I’m an Engineering Manager and engineering leader with 12+ years of software engineering experience and 5+ years leading engineering organizations of up to 45 engineers. I’m known for owning engineering strategy, delivery execution, and operational excellence across large-scale e-commerce, web, mobile, and hybrid platforms.

Currently, I lead a 20-engineer cross-platform product engineering domain spanning Android, iOS, Web, and Hybrid/Lynx. I focus on planning, prioritization, capacity, execution quality, release readiness, production stability, and stakeholder alignment to support business-critical growth initiatives on a platform serving 100M+ monthly active users.

I consistently deliver measurable business impact—mitigating US$55M monthly GMV risk exposure, driving US$360K annual savings, migrating 35 services and 16 domains, and improving frontend performance by up to 79%. I also shape “production-readiness controls” for revenue-critical releases, including traffic management, fallback behavior, staged rollouts, monitoring, escalation paths, and recovery plans.
