What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead executive, internal, and digital workplace communications that help leaders translate complex strategies into clear messages, build employee trust, and strengthen organizational engagement.

At Houston Methodist, I lead HR communications and digital workplace strategy for an intranet serving more than 35,000 employees. I partner with leadership on executive messaging, change strategies, and stakeholder communications that improve adoption, efficiency, and employee experiences.

Previously, I led internal, external, executive, crisis, and media communications at Houston Methodist, including a community magazine distributed to 90,000 households. At Sam Houston State University, I managed communications professionals and media relations initiatives that generated more than $1.1 million in earned media value during the 2020–2021 academic year.

My background in television, radio, and sports media—including FOX Sports, 104.9 The Horn Sports Radio, and KTRE-TV—shaped my audience-focused storytelling, production discipline, and ability to translate complex information into clear communications.
