At Global Engage, I lead international scientific conferences and webinars across Asia-Pacific and Europe, taking programmes from market research and speaker acquisition through sponsorship, delivery, and on-site execution.

I've produced more than 20 conferences and webinars spanning spatial biology, single-cell research, microbiome, genomics, precision medicine, clinical trials, skin health, and functional foods. I work with researchers, clinicians, KOLs, academic institutions, government bodies, biotechnology companies, and pharmaceutical organisations to turn complex scientific topics into valuable conference programmes.

I've managed conferences of up to 500 delegates, 60 speakers, and 20+ sponsors while balancing budgets, timelines, commercial objectives, and delegate experience. My work also includes corporate events, product launches, townhall meetings, HR engagements, and client-led conference delivery.

Before moving into event production, I worked in clinical and molecular laboratories, performing diagnostic analyses, PCR, DNA and RNA isolation, quality control, instrument troubleshooting, and COVID-19 testing. That biotechnology background helps me communicate credibly across scientific, healthcare, and industry audiences.
