I earned my Career Planning Certificate and currently consult with clients to provide appropriate travel planning services.

Founding Head of Customer Success Reporting to the CEO, I created the Customer Success department, hiring and coaching the first Customer Success Manager and first Support Specialist.

I took an intentional pause to travel domestically and internationally. I stayed professionally active by mentoring CS professionals and attending weekly Customer Success & Experience webinars and training to gain new skills.

I founded a career coaching practice specializing in providing 1x1 and group coaching, strategy, community, and support for Customer Success professionals transitioning from in-office to stable remote careers.

As head of my department, I was responsible for a dispersed team of five managers and 70+ full-time US-based and offshore Implementation Specialists, Customer Support Specialists, Customer Engagement Specialists, and Customer Content Specialists.

I grew a dispersed team from two to 12 Program Managers, Customer Support Specialists, Product Trainers, and Content Specialists. I ensured all monthly/quarterly nonprofit disbursements were successful.

I recruited, trained, and managed a dispersed team of 15 Product Trainers, Customer Support Specialists, Customer Success Managers, Service Ops Specialists, and Content Specialists.

I worked at two food-focused startups, providing client support, account management, and operations with the goal of learning how to launch my own subscription dessert box startup.

Working remotely, I grew the team from one to seven remote Customer Support Specialists, Customer Success Managers, and Content Specialists.

I recruited, trained, and managed a dispersed team of 30+ Professional Services and Customer Advocacy (CSM) staff.
