What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote or global roles where I can use Excel, SQL, and Power BI for reporting and dashboards, support end users through help desk work, and keep automating workflows with Power Apps and Power Automate.

I supported students and staff at Al-Hikmah University, handling help desk tickets, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and setting up IT equipment and user onboarding. I also taught computer science at Al-Hikmah University International School, helping students with coding challenges while covering digital safety and responsible technology use.

Alongside IT support and teaching, I’ve worked with Excel, SQL, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting, and I build in Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation. For research, I developed a facial recognition system using the MTCNN model, and I’m now targeting remote/global roles in data analysis, IT support, and business intelligence.
