I built an interactive sales performance dashboard with Power BI and SQLite, using SQLite to analyze and clean the dataset. I also developed a Power BI hospital dashboard covering patient activity, revenue, waiting times, and treatment costs.
For lead management, I connected Google Forms, Google Sheets, Slack, and Gmail with Zapier to automate lead capture, tracking, and team notifications. With Make.com and n8n, I built AI-powered content, response, and scheduling workflows, including an email classification and routing workflow.
I also built an n8n gym subscription and renewal workflow integrating Tally, Airtable, Paystack, Gmail, Telegram, and AI. My experience includes computer training and IT support at Darussalam Computers, as well as administrative and customer service work.
