I am a detail-oriented and tech-savvy aspiring Data Analyst with a robust foundation in IT support and troubleshooting. Recently, I transitioned into data analytics, gaining hands-on experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python. My ability to identify technical issues and transform data into actionable insights has been a key asset in my professional journey.

Throughout my projects, I have demonstrated my skills in data cleaning, visualization, and analysis. For instance, I developed an interactive Power BI dashboard for a global data careers survey, which visualized salary trends and job satisfaction across various roles. Additionally, I created an Excel dashboard that highlighted key sales metrics, enhancing data readability and user interaction. My experience in SQL allowed me to conduct exploratory analysis on layoff data, uncovering valuable insights.

As a Digital Skills Mentor at Ansar-Ud-Deen Model College, I taught ICT skills and basic coding principles to secondary school students, fostering their digital confidence. My previous role as a Sales & Technical Associate at DataTank Limited equipped me with strong communication skills and the ability to combine technical support with effective product guidance, contributing to a notable increase in sales.
