I’m an empathetic Wellness and Mental Health Coach and Tech Consultant with “over 15 years of experience” bridging holistic health, digital application design, and nutritional sciences. I focus on “data collection, behavioral tracking, and digital literacy” so coaching becomes practical, measurable, and actionable.

In my role at the Wellness, Empowerment and Recovery Centre in Nairobi, I facilitate behavioral and mental health support programs using therapy frameworks to track patient outcomes and recovery journeys. I conduct intake assessments capturing metrics on stress, addiction, and coping strategies, and I document qualitative feedback for localized community studies—always maintaining confidential participant data records.

Alongside coaching, I design and train with a strong tech foundation. At Krome computers Kenya, I “designed and deployed mobile applications and web interfaces” for local SMBs, administered digital skills assessments for 100+ trainees, and ensured strict adherence to UX and data privacy protocols. With deep knowledge in “dietary supplements & nutrition” and mental health coaching practices like motivational interviewing and behavior change, I’m energized by building digital health experiences that improve outcomes.
