What I'm looking for

To work in a dynamic structure and challenging environment that offers me a chance to apply my talent, academic and professional skills and enhance my development and career growth in a challenging yet rewarding environment.

I’m a Nutrition and Fitness Manager with a BSc in Nutrition & Dietetics (Sports Nutrition) and hands-on experience delivering training, nutrition support, and wellness programs. Since September 2013, I’ve led nutrition assessment, counseling, and diet plan formulation, while running group and personal fitness programming.

I also coordinate corporate, school, and residential wellness efforts and facilitate teambuilding, supporting clients and organizations including Re Insurance, Merlin Court, Action Foundation, and M-Kopa. Earlier roles strengthened my community impact—implementing community wellness programs, training and mentoring promoters, and delivering nutrition and HIV counseling—plus data-focused experience as a survey coordinator/data enry where I ensured accurate collection and safe delivery of questionnaires.
