With over two decades of experience in the IT and telecommunications industry, I have honed my skills as both an owner and manager. As the owner of ITCS for 20 years, I was responsible for all management duties, sales, and installation of telephone systems, including PSTN and VoIP. My expertise extends to CCTV systems, computer build and repair, and IT administration, where I successfully troubleshot systems remotely and onsite.

Currently, I serve as the IT Manager at Norcross Gem, where I handle all network issues and manage equipment changes. My role involves repairing Apple and PC desktop computers and laptops, managing software, and ensuring connectivity for printers and ancillary devices. I am also skilled in configuring WIFI systems and maintaining SIP telephone systems, showcasing my ability to adapt to evolving technology.
