I am a software engineer with hands-on experience in network operations and database management, currently working as a NOC Engineer for One Network (FWO).
In my NOC role I troubleshoot WAN links across 63 remote sites, manage L2/L3 IP-routed circuits and IPSec tunnels, and maintain uptime using NMS agents, SNMP and ICMP. I was promoted from Control Room Engineer after demonstrating reliable network and database troubleshooting.
I perform MySQL installation and troubleshooting, manage smart tolling desktop apps, and update video tolling systems using Python, while monitoring and troubleshooting ANPR cameras and VT sensors. I also handle network and camera installations as well as computer hardware and software maintenance.
I hold a BS in Software Engineering from BUITEMS and continually expand my technical toolkit across PHP, Laravel, C++, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, WordPress and Visual Studio. I seek roles where I can contribute to high-availability systems, learn new technologies, and grow as a developer and network specialist.
