What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help experienced professionals navigate career transitions, uncover what is keeping them stuck, and make conscious, deliberate choices about meaningful next-chapter work.

I built Warren Croce Coaching to help people in the second half of their careers move beyond reactive decisions and pursue meaningful next-chapter work. Using Core Energy Coaching and ICF-ACC methodology, I surface the assumptions and patterns that keep clients stuck.

Previously, I led UX and design work at Staples, Gazelle, Intuit, and through my consulting practice. My work includes a Cart & Checkout redesign that increased revenue by $18M, Gazelle’s inaugural direct sales platform that contributed $25M in first-year revenue, and mentoring designers and leaders throughout their careers.
