At Kickstart Art Company, I managed recruitment for technical and creative roles, using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent mapping to design hiring strategies that reduced cycle times.
I overhauled inventory systems for over 2,500 artworks using digital cataloguing tools and CRM databases. I also partnered with South African schools and universities to launch creative initiatives, workshops, and early-stage talent pipelines.
As an Examination Assistant at the Department of Education, I audited and processed over 1,000 examination scripts while following provincial grading frameworks and data security protocols. I was also selected for the Junior Springboks Team and was part of the Lions Rugby squad that won the SA Rugby Under-20 Cup.
