At Cognizant Technology Solutions - Microsoft Project, I created, validated and distributed 2,000+ bilingual English and Spanish program letters for LATAM and Canada retail incentive programs, ensuring accuracy and SLA compliance.
I managed cases from creation through final letter distribution, coordinated with partners and internal stakeholders, and supported Retail Rebates and Proof of Execution workflows. I helped reduce case closure time by 12.5% and letter creation time by 1.39%.
For Proof of Execution, I validated partner documentation and reviewed 2,000+ technical documents annually, including proposals, POCs, MSAs, SoWs and project assessments. I also prepared preliminary case analysis for escalations and communicated with global partners in English and Spanish.
I used Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint and Power BI for reporting and workflow support, and delivered a three-week onboarding and training program for a Tier 1 agent. I also collaborated on work instruction updates and documentation workflows.
