My BSc in Psychology from Bath Spa University Academic Centre, Ras Al Khaimah, gave me a foundation in human behaviour, motivation and assessment. I recently completed an HRCI-authorised Talent Acquisition certification covering the recruitment lifecycle.

In academic research projects at Bath Spa University, I designed questionnaires and structured interviews, analysed quantitative data in SPSS and examined qualitative data thematically. I used the findings to produce evidence-based conclusions and research reports in APA style.

I’m seeking an entry-level Recruitment Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Assistant or Junior Recruiter role in the UAE. I’m trained in candidate sourcing, CV screening and structured interviewing, and I’m fluent in English, Urdu and Punjabi.
