At Kshetry and Co, I manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and international offices, from candidate screening and interviews through final selection. I also support setting up HR operations for the Dubai office.
At EGIS, I managed training programs and induction sessions across the Middle East & South Asia region. I coordinated vendors and sessions, maintained training records on Oracle, and gathered feedback to improve programs.
Earlier, I supported executive search and nationalisation recruitment at Iris Executives, and HR generalist work at Tabasheer Electronics, including onboarding, employee records, and payroll inputs. I’m CIPD Level 7 certified and hold an MSc in International Human Resource Management from Queen Mary University of London.
