I led end-to-end product discovery, authored the complete PRD, ran extensive discovery sessions, designed core claims logic, and drove agile delivery while aligning stakeholders across field ops, finance, engineering and external vendors.

My work improved field-to-finance visibility with Power BI dashboards, reduced rework through robust validation rules, and kept delivery on track via sprint planning and backlog ownership.
