I am a Product Analyst with experience in product operations, workflow automation, analytics, and cross-functional stakeholder management. Currently, I work at Vprotect (SIS Limited), where I contribute to the development and scaling of a Field Service Management platform used across 23,000+ sites in India.

My work involves understanding business problems, conducting stakeholder discussions, defining product requirements, designing workflows, coordinating with development teams, and improving operational efficiency through automation. I have worked with multiple user groups including field engineers, state managers, vendors, finance teams, and leadership stakeholders. Through product improvements and process optimization initiatives, I have helped improve service turnaround times, increase operational visibility, and reduce servicing costs.

I am particularly interested in Product Management, AI-powered automation, Product Operations, Business Analysis, and building scalable systems. I enjoy identifying inefficient manual processes and designing technology-driven solutions that improve user experience and business outcomes. Recently, I have been exploring AI workflows, LLM-based automation, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted operational systems.

In addition to my professional experience, I have worked on startup projects focused on AI-driven social media automation and digital products for small businesses. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of product discovery, user research, roadmap prioritization, and MVP development.

I graduated from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Kurukshetra with a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. I have a strong foundation in product thinking, analytics, SQL, Python, dashboards, and problem-solving.

I am currently seeking opportunities in Product Management, Associate Product Management, Product Operations, AI Automation, and related roles where I can combine analytical thinking, user-centric problem solving, and technology to build impactful products at scale.
