At Cisco Systems Ltd., I’m building an LLM-agent predictive layer over the Automated Fault Management platform to forecast likely device fault signatures and support pre-emptive remediation. I’m also developing Python data pipelines for syslog-alert ingestion and time-series sequencing.
My work at Cisco has included testing production AI, deploying Kubernetes and Linux-based network and security systems, and building Splunk dashboards for case closure metrics and infrastructure lifecycles. I also developed Python and Shell scripts to automate workflows.
In personal projects, I developed an AI Business Analyst that turns natural-language questions into validated SQLite queries, and built a customer churn prediction model that achieved a 0.87 ROC-AUC. I also designed a RAG assistant for enterprise PDFs using HuggingFace embeddings and ChromaDB.
