At Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India, I led technology strategy and transformation engagements for banking, NBFC, FMCG retail, and education clients. I managed ServiceNow implementation, AWS migration assessments for 35+ internal applications, PMO governance, stakeholder coordination, and delivery planning.
I also assessed POS infrastructure for a retail client in the Maldives, identified system gaps, and supported a new solution to improve operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Alongside consulting, I taught Computer Science and Information Technology through EdYouth Learning Foundation. I build practical projects including an Arduino ESP32 robotic arm, an AWS-hosted event management application, and an image color-detection solution designed for people with visual disabilities.
