I'm looking to solve complex operational and strategic challenges by building scalable systems, improving financial performance, automating processes, and turning chaos into structured, results-driven work.

At ENKO, one of Ukraine’s largest music labels, I oversee operations across legal, finance, distribution, catalog, content, and partnerships for 126 artists and more than 11 billion annual streams.

I build operational systems that turn complex work into structured, measurable processes. I lead budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, cost optimization, and SQL and Looker Studio dashboards for royalty flows, stream performance, and catalog trends.

Previously, I led operations at ELENAREVA, restructuring finance, production, contractor processes, and export-sales growth while managing more than 50 employees. I also delivered process automation, company structures, growth strategy, and a new silk-screen printing workshop at TTSWTRS.

Across fashion, manufacturing, and creative businesses, I’ve helped companies optimize processes, implement ERP, CRM, and BPM systems, develop B2B sales, and make better decisions through financial and operational analysis.
