What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead role where I can scale teams and drive AI innovation.

At SoftwareCats, I built an AI-agent SDLC that helped launch a five-year FinTech legacy project with 13 backend modules into limited pre-production in five months. The team of five used custom agents for architecture, development, testing, review, and QA.

On a candidate-matching platform, I led a team of 6–10 engineers and introduced AI screening that cut manual screening time from 14 hours to two minutes. I also developed microservices and implemented business processes with Camunda BPM.

Earlier, I designed an algorithmic crypto trading platform from scratch, reducing latency from 500+ ms to 12–20 ms. I’ve spent 11 years in enterprise FinTech, working across payment gateways, banking services, and low-latency trading, with deep JVM experience in Java and Kotlin.
