I’m looking to lead engineering teams building reliable, low-latency distributed systems—owning roadmap decisions, staying close to users with a tight feedback loop, and shipping production-grade platforms with clear success metrics and strong cross-team collaboration.

I’m an Engineering Manager and senior software engineer focused on “direction and glue”: making roadmap decisions, keeping progress on track, and staying close to the product through constant dogfooding, prod alerts, and closing the feedback loop. I’ve led multicultural engineering efforts, ran 1-1s, tracked performance and engagement, and developed people across customer-facing and core engineering responsibilities.

My technical work centers on building reliable, resource-efficient distributed systems with low latency and high throughput, including asynchronous messaging between shardchains with delivery guarantees and performance optimizations that reduced CPU usage by 15%+. I’ve also shipped production-grade data infrastructure (ETL, integrations, internal tooling), contributed to community/ecosystem success using clear metrics and funnel plans, and built/educated around applied ML—backed by deep CS and ML education and experience with production ML pipelines.
