I've designed complex B2B and enterprise products across AppFlowy, Rodeo, and Synology, turning ambiguous workflows into clear, usable experiences. At AppFlowy, I owned end-to-end design for AI writing, meeting notes, and chat features, helping double daily AI usage and grow users from 40K to 100K in two quarters.
I partnered directly with AppFlowy's CEO to create its admin panel and permission architecture, defining upgrade logic by user role and contributing to monthly revenue doubling within three months of launch. I also built a WCAG-compliant cross-platform design system that improved consistency across web, desktop, and mobile and lifted the mobile rating from 3.7 to 4.8.
At Rodeo, I redesigned planning workflows through churned-user interviews, competitor analysis, and prototype validation, increasing WAU by 60% and monthly new users by 62%. At Synology, I made a 7M-user storage platform easier to navigate, reduced support tickets by 40%, and designed a NAS management app that generated 170K+ downloads and $13M in revenue.
