What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to contribute to global health research, antimicrobial stewardship, digital health, and health policy while growing as a clinician-researcher. I value collaborative, youth-centred teams that translate evidence into stronger and more equitable health systems.

I'm completing my Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at Makerere University while contributing to research, policy, and implementation work across global health and antimicrobial resistance.

At Impala Healthtech Research Limited, I supported the evaluation of DIGAMS, an AI-driven clinical decision-support platform for antimicrobial stewardship in Uganda. I contributed to protocol development, ethics and grant submissions, partner engagement, literature reviews, market analysis, and implementation workflows.

I've led mixed-methods research on antimicrobial-resistance gamification, systematic reviews on women’s leadership in global health, and qualitative research on students living with sickle cell disease. My work has included data collection, interviews, literature synthesis, data analysis, manuscript writing, policy briefs, and accessible public health writing.

As President of AFREhealth Students’ Community and founder of the Makerere University AMR Club, I've helped build research capacity, secure more than $10,000 in grants, and coordinate campaigns reaching 10,000+ people. I'm motivated by practical, youth-centred solutions for stronger health systems, responsible health AI, and equitable care across Africa.
