I'm currently supporting Perlman Clinic remotely as a Medical Administrative Assistant and Prior Authorization Specialist, securing insurance approvals for treatments, procedures, and prescription drugs.

I review clinical notes, lab results, and treatment plans against medical-necessity criteria; submit accurate authorization forms using CPT and ICD-10 codes; and keep doctors, billing staff, and patients informed of authorization status. Previously at Perlman Clinic, I led medical administrative work supporting scheduling, billing verification, clinical documentation, inventory, and supply readiness.

At Pacira BioSciences, I maintained quality programs and processes supporting cGMP compliance, documented quality events for batch release, identified risks and deficiencies, and performed AQL particle inspections of in-process product vials.

My background also includes academic coaching, ABA therapy, tutoring, youth development, customer service, and cash handling. I bring strong attention to detail, collaboration, adaptability, English fluency, intermediate Spanish, and CPR/BLS certification to patient-focused and administrative work.
