What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead trade finance and operations initiatives where I can improve compliance, service quality, automation, and team performance through process transformation and stakeholder collaboration.

At Bank of America, I’ve spent 19 years leading trade finance operations across KYC/AML, Supply Chain Finance, Documentary Collections, and regulatory compliance. I oversee end-to-end trade processing, lead migrations and BAU transitions, and serve as a primary liaison for Los Angeles and Scranton offices.

I’ve designed four AI-powered solutions that reduced manual work and improved data accuracy, including automation for PDF compression, non-Latin character translation, report reconciliation, and electronic-presentation confirmations. I also co-developed an OFAC validation tool, lead SLA and performance reporting, and develop teams through knowledge transfers, coaching, and recognition programs.
