At Zeta, I build onboarding, rewards, and fraud-prevention systems for credit card customers. I designed a US credit card onboarding journey using a Decision Model & Notation-based framework and led the migration of Pixel Rewards to Tachyon Rewards.
I stabilized Tachyon Rewards after launch through data-driven reward computation delta analysis, bug triage, and architectural improvements to system accuracy. I also engineered a real-time fraud workflow with Temporal for two-way cardholder confirmation and modernized Android push notifications to Firebase v1 with zero production downtime.
Previously at Samsung Research, I built an end-to-end pipeline processing 80GB of KPI logs daily from S3 to GCP BigQuery. I improved a critical component 6x, cutting overall daily pipeline runtime by about 50%, and automated DMP dashboard deployments from minutes to seconds.
As a Google Summer of Code contributor for Xapian, I built click logging and ranking capabilities that improved MAP scores by about 10–20%. I bring experience across Java, Python, distributed systems, data pipelines, and production reliability.
