At Amazon Advertising and Billing, I build event-driven backend systems that automate digital video advertising revenue attribution across 13 marketplaces. My work moved 82% of attribution from monthly to daily processing and removed three offline dependencies tied to recurring Sev2 incidents.

I also built automation for a $500MM promotional program serving 80K+ advertisers across 20+ marketplaces, reducing manual processing by 90%. I use Python, AWS serverless services, Spark, Athena SQL, and financial data services to deliver scalable production workflows.

I’ve recovered revenue through production-focused engineering, including a Lambda-based recovery workflow that demonstrated 98% recovery of $2.4M in impacted revenue. I independently traced and fixed a $510K/month mis-attribution issue across four upstream systems and deployed the solution across nine revenue channels.

Previously, I built reconciliation, log-processing, security, and monitoring systems for Amazon Business Data Technologies and improved BillPay latency by about 40% during my Amazon Pay internship. I enjoy owning reliable cloud-native systems end to end, from design and testing through on-call operations and production recovery.
