I led a four-person team to build a config-driven transportation reporting system with GraphQL APIs, reducing development time by about 60% through spec-driven development with Kiro. I also launched proactive seller balance warnings that reduced account blocks by 10%.
Previously at Zomato, I led the payments platform and a five-person team supporting reliability and payment success across seven transacting businesses. I built the Payments SDK from scratch and partnered directly with Visa to raise payment success for eligible transactions from about 80% to 95%.
