At Pedbot, I lead the architecture and delivery of cloud-native AWS systems for a chat-commerce SaaS. I migrated real-time communication to self-hosted MQTT on Kubernetes, cutting infrastructure costs by about 70% while improving scalability.

I've also reduced total cloud costs by about 40% through automatic Kubernetes resource right-sizing, built multi-cloud infrastructure on Magalu Cloud, and created an autonomous third-line support agent from 12 months of support history.

I grew from trainee to developer at Pedbot, building full-stack features with Laravel, Node.js, Vue.js, and GraphQL. My work includes Meta Business integration that enabled a scalable billing model and increased average ticket size by 60%, plus a multitenant near-real-time analytics platform.

I also build and run Provaki and ScopeVeil end to end, covering APIs, AI pipelines, infrastructure, observability, billing, and cost controls. I enjoy turning platform decisions into reliable, scalable products with measurable business impact.
