As an HR Head, I formulate and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, overseeing the entire process from conceptualization and development to implementation, execution, and finalization. I lead a team of five and partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy.
I build HR policies and governance frameworks, and drive initiatives to support a performance-driven, inclusive workplace. I also develop HR dashboards to inform workforce planning decisions.
I oversee recruitment across senior, middle, and operational levels, along with performance management, talent development, compensation, and payroll. My work includes maintaining compliance with statutory requirements and managing employee lifecycle processes.
Previously, I was Head – People & Culture at RightWalk Foundation and held HR roles at V.J HR Solutions, Vianaar Homes Pvt Ltd, Vision International Group, and Roadways India Ltd. I have an MBA in Human Resources from Jamia Hamdard University and am in the final year of an LLB at Chaudhary Charan Singh (CCS) University.
