I turn recruiter and engineering manager feedback into product decisions, user stories, and acceptance criteria. After a shortlist feature was requested in the first demo, I prioritised it and had it ready for the next one.
At Aprimo, I managed backlog priorities across two distributed product teams and improved planning and delivery flow. One team’s velocity rose from about 20 to 50+ points in six months, while another’s predictability improved from 50–60% to 80–85%.
Earlier at C.T.Co, I worked across Scrum and software testing on a life and health insurance platform. I took Selenium/Java regression automation from 0 to 70% coverage after the MVP release, and built workflow automation that cut vacancy publishing from 2–3 hours to about 5–10 minutes per vacancy.
