Previously, at Pansmith Management and Infra, I worked directly with approximately 100 business clients to understand operational challenges and turn their needs into practical solutions.
I designed and delivered business tools for lead generation, business research, competitor analysis, productivity, time auditing, and growth operations. I managed the requirement-to-delivery lifecycle, incorporating client feedback as solutions evolved.
I also coordinated an 8–10 member team across client delivery, tool development, and business operations, contributing to approximately INR 50 lakh in first-year sales. I’m pursuing an MBA in Business Analysis & Intelligence at Graphic Era University (Distance).
